RETURN POLICY

If the item you received from us suffers from a structural defect or in the case of a spelling error that deviates from the spelling requested and confirmed in your order, contact us and we'll amend the situation immediately with a new item or a full refund.

Customers may return new and unopened items within 60 days of the delivery date. Due to the personalized design of name necklaces and name jewelry, there is a 25% restocking fee on returns and cancellations of items. The item must be returned without damage in its original state, unaltered in any way and returned in the original box and packaging received.

In the event that you would like to return your purchase, please contact Customer Service or email us at support@namefully.com in order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is necessary to process your return.
